Nigiri
De Salmon, Sea Bass, Grilled Eel zijn lekker. De Sake Cheese is erg lekker (een van mijn favorieten) en Beef Tataki is lekker zacht.
Gunkan
De Tuna is prima, de Salmon is lekker. Ik vond deze de minst goed uitziende sushi.
Uramaki
De California en Veggie Flower zijn lekker. De Crispy was lekker, maar niet bijzonder. De Salmon Mango en Flambe Salmon waren erg lekker. De Salmon Mango heeft zelfs een mango plakje erover, in plaats van enkel een stukje erin zoals vaak gebeurd.
Salads
De Mango Shrimps waren prima, waarbij de garnalen een mooie smaak hadden.
Steam
Zowel de Soy Shrimps als de Ha Kau waren lekker. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je de Soy Shrimp nog moet pellen.
Fried
De Crab & Shrimp Springroll en Yakoyaki waren beiden lekker. De Springroll was alleen niet bijzonder en let op dat de Yakoyaki erg heet wordt geserveerd.
Grill
De Sea Bass, Beep Teppanyaki en Lamb Rack waren prima. De Miso Salmon was iets te doorbakken en hierdoor droog.
Wok
Enkel de Black Pepper Beef geprobeerd. Ik vond de andere beef, zoals tipanyaki, lekkerder.
Dessert
Alle dessert zijn tegen extra betaling. Keuze uit bolletje ijs of een ijs met extra. Ik heb de Cheesecake & Matcha Ice Cream gehad. Deze was zeer lekker, prima combinatie.
Cocktail
Ik had de Watermelon Mocktail, lekker maar heel klein. Cocktail/mocktail kaart heeft geen prijzen of inhoud en voor kleine hoeveelheid die ik kreeg vond ik het bedrag wel erg hoog. Ik raad dus aan om je drankjes altijd via de app te bestellen, want daar zie je een voorbeeld en prijzen.
Conclusie
Vrijwel alles was erg lekker, de rijst is ook goed. Daarbij zijn heel veel gerechtjes uniek, zoals de bloemetjes. De menukaart is enorm uitgebreid, de Specials zijn niet nodig voor keuzes. De kwaliteit die je krijgt is je geld zeker waard, ik zal deze dan ook zeer zeker aanraden.
Nigiri
The Salmon, Sea Bass, and Grilled Eel are delicious. The Sake Cheese is very tasty (one of my favorites), and the Beef Tataki is nice and tender.
Gunkan
The Tuna is fine, the Salmon is good. I thought this was the least appealing sushi.
Uramaki
The California and Veggie Flower are good. The Crispy was good, but not exceptional. The Salmon Mango and Flamed Salmon were very good. The Salmon Mango even has a slice of mango on top, instead of just a piece inside, as is often the case.
Salads
The Mango Shrimp were fine, and the shrimp had a nice flavor.
Steamed
Both the Soy Shrimp and the Ha Kau were good. Keep in mind that you still have to peel the Soy Shrimp.
Fried
The Crab & Shrimp Spring Roll and Yakoyaki were both good. The Spring Roll, however, was not exceptional, and be aware that the Yakoyaki is served very hot.
Grill
The Sea Bass, Beep Teppanyaki, and Lamb Rack were excellent. The Miso Salmon was a bit overcooked and therefore dry.
Wok
I only tried the Black Pepper Beef. I preferred other beef options, such as the Teppanyaki.
Dessert
All desserts are an additional charge. You can choose between a scoop of ice cream or an ice cream with extras. I had the Cheesecake & Matcha Ice Cream. It was very tasty, a great combination.
Cocktail
I had the Watermelon Mocktail, which was tasty but very small. The cocktail/mocktail menu doesn't have prices or contents, and for the small amount I received, I thought the price was quite high. Therefore, I recommend always ordering your drinks through the app, where you can see examples and prices.
Conclusion
Almost everything was delicious, and the rice is also good. Many of the dishes are unique, such as the flower dishes. The menu is very extensive; the Specials aren't necessary for choosing. The quality you get is definitely worth the money, so I would definitely recommend it.
