Locatie
Zoals de naam al doet vermoeden zitten ze in een werfkelder. Daarnaast hebben ze met mooie dagen een terras buiten aan het water. Dit maakt het een mooie locatie om rustig te zitten en de boten voorbij te zien gaan.
Voorgerecht
Als voorgerecht had ik een tartaar van coquilles met vanille dressing, little gem en gemarineerde rode biet. Ik hou niet van bieten, maar de combinatie van smaken waren goed. Zowel zacht als vol van smaak. De opmaak met bloemetje was ook mooi gedaan.
Hoofdgerecht
Als hoofdgerecht koos ik voor de steak tartaar met friet, kwartel ei, bearnaisesaus en kapperappel. Ook hier was het de combinatie van smaken die mij goed beviel. Deze was ook mooi opgemaakt en wist ik niet waar ik wilde beginnen. De patat met mayonaise die ik erbij kreeg was ook prima.
Nagerecht
Als dessert viel mijn oog op witte chocolade mousse met Baileys. Je krijgt ook dit weer met een bloemetje bovenop. Er zat ook een crumble bij, wat de combinatie nog beter maakte. Ik vond ook dit gerecht erg lekker en een mooie afsluiting van het eten.
Dranken
In plaats van een Limoncello kreeg ik een Limoncello Sprits, maar eigenlijk vond ik dat ook erg lekker. Ze hebben genoeg keuze om te kijken wat je lekker vind. Ook koos ik voor een jus d'orange, omdat ik ook toe was aan iets zonder alcohol.
Conclusie
Alle gerechten die ik gekregen heb waren lekker. Het personeel probeert goed het overzicht te houden en is goed aanspreekbaar bij drukte. De locatie is zeker bij mooi weer een goede keuze. Ik zal deze plek dan ook zeker aanraden.
Location
As the name suggests, they are situated in a wharf cellar. Additionally, on nice days, they have an outdoor terrace by the water. This makes it a lovely location to sit quietly and watch the boats go by.
Starter
For starters, I had scallop tartare with vanilla dressing, little gem lettuce, and marinated beetroot. I don't like beets, but the combination of flavors was good. Both soft and full of flavor. The presentation with the flower was also nicely done.
Main Course
For the main course, I chose the steak tartare with fries, quail egg, béarnaise sauce, and caper apple. Here too, it was the combination of flavors that pleased me. This was also beautifully presented, and I didn't know where to start. The fries with mayonnaise that came with it were also fine.
Dessert
For dessert, my eye fell on white chocolate mousse with Baileys. Again, this comes with a flower on top. There was also a crumble included, which made the combination even better. I also found this dish very tasty and a lovely way to finish the meal.
Drinks
Instead of a Limoncello, I received a Limoncello Sprits, but I actually found that very tasty too. They have enough choice to see what you like. I also opted for an orange juice, because I was ready for something non-alcoholic.
Conclusion
All the dishes I received were delicious. The staff tries hard to keep an overview and is easy to approach when it is busy. The location is certainly a good choice, especially in nice weather. I would definitely recommend this place.
